CRUSHED IT everyone was nice and it seemed like they liked me???? i’m going back again next week monday & wednesday! now just have to get the bus home. maybe lunch on the way as a treat?
anxiety is happening but i have my volunteer meeting today and just going to it is a really really big step for me for a lot of reasons so if you’ve got any good vibes to spare i’d appreciate them! yall so so much!!!! i’ll be back around noon and hopefully with this out of the way i’ll feel better 🤗

people use the word “depressed” too liberally now. you’re not depressed, you’re sad. and i know it’s bc people don’t take being sad seriously, and you want it to be. however the overuse of this word is so harmful.

okay is therapy supposed to be me just ranting and my therapist just sort of encouraging me the whole time? because i just had session 4 and that’s pretty much all we’ve done, aside from when i specifically asked her a question. i just kind of thought like…. she was supposed to help me? idk.
