It’s great to see that the Law Commission of England & Wales has now published its long-awaited 14th programme Law Reform, which includes looking at the Landlord & Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 & the Landlord & Tenant Act 1987, issues the PLA has been lobbying for. lawcom.gov.uk/news/law-com...

The Law Commission has now published ithe 14th programme of Law Reform. As well as continuing a review of the 1954 Act security of tenure regime, it also covers the Landlord and Tenant (Covenants) Act 1995 and Landlord and Tenant Act 1987: both subjects the PLA has lobbied for review and reform.
