Years ago, I threw out all my old micro-USB cords thinking I would not need them. What a great fool I was! I was weak in my faith, and now I am buying more.

Understood, and at least partially agree. I am just saying that given that the number of people necessary is so small, I would be surprised, but not shocked, if this one turned out to be true.

I am normally very anti conspiracy theory. If for no other reason than that most theories would require dozens or even hundreds of folks to be in on it and keep quiet. The Epstein thing might have required a bribe to one, maybe two jail guards... And *so* many people had a motive.

You lost me at 'at some point you have to trust your reps a little.' Nope. We need people willing to serve in government, but we should not have illusions about them. You want power over your fellow man? Fine. But you need to be watched.
