Please go to the doctor before then or seek a second opinion from a different doctor. I had to get a referral today for my ear and will have to go private and pay thousands because the public waiting for cat 2 is 2.5 years atm. 🤷🏽♂️ P.

If you have to have a camera put through, the best thing is the quick sleep. The worst is the preparation. I have had 5 found nothing bad. For me, they have given a transfusion after recovery whilst having coffee and food. 🙏🙏🌱

My blood tests came back the same on 23/12/25. I'm extremely low, guessing I'm up for another transfusion soon.💁🏽♂️

Try rubbing vicks on the souls of your feet and then put socks on. It might help. 🙏🤞🏽
