Le point clé, ce n’est pas “impôt ou pas”, c’est le report. Les plus riches peuvent ne pas vendre, emprunter sur leurs titres et différer l’IR. Le vrai débat : faut-il taxer les gains non réalisés ou instaurer un plancher d’imposition en haut de la distribution ?

On peut éviter l’IR en empruntant adossé à ses actions. Échapper totalement à l’impôt ? Non. On le décale (plus-values) et on le déplace (IS/TVA/IFI), en payant des intérêts. Le vrai débat : gains non réalisés. Si c'est ca, je suis d'accord

How about from the media: aren't they biased, manipulative or misinformed if not hugely misinformed?.i tend to prefer the internet to check information. Time consuming if needed. Sorry for being snippy but i have had a bone to pick for a long time with the media, specially in France

Buzz à part : les résidents riches paient l’IR quand ils se versent un revenu. En capitalisant en société, ils minimisent l’IR perso ; l’impôt se déplace vers IS + prélèvements sociaux. Le débat, c’est éventuellement cette asymétrie.

Si c'est le cas, alors tout le monde doit balayer devant sa porte en premier lieu les journalistes de tout bord. La course au buzz, au sang,au négatif ! L'infobésité la manipulation l'idéologie portées par les journalistes sont notre cancer. A mon petit niveau je partage cette opinion très courante.
