Agree that dialog, the ability to empathize and restraint are the needed skillsets. When someone suggests the female leadership solution I think of MTG, Bobert, Bachmann,(the list of horrible women keeps growing, unfortunately).The problem doesn't need gendered solution; it needs a humanist one. :)
