The US is not a member of the ICC! I hope after they charge Hegseth for war crimes and Trump pardons him, at least he'll be unable to travel to the countries that are! He is obviously, at his age, the fall guy and the one who will for sure NOT HAVE A BRIGHT FUTURE... when this nightmare plays out!
