There are so many other obvious things wrong with their statement about how we should eat, but also:
1/2 They're telling us they've never cooked. Pans, knives, cutting boards, oil, butter, salt, pepper, food storage containers, dish soap, dish towels, and time are not free.

There's so much to unpack here. They're placing a tremendous guilt burden on the shoulders of parents who carried a pregnancy of an autistic child and took Tylenol. They're telling pregnant people in pain that they need to suffer for pseudoscience.

I live in a no-cost student breakfast/lunch state and it so nice. We are lucky to have a firmly middle-class lifestyle, but it still provides relief. The money we would be spending on school lunch ends up back in the community at swim lessons, dance, music lessons etc.

If you read the comments about this in "the bad place" it's clear this case is 💯 about racists not liking non-white humans and has nothing to do with the benefit of US jobs. They don't care that US jobs are lost. They just want to punish people for being non-white and of a different nationality
