I currently have an old Gen 2 Nest (pre Google) with the Y1, W1, G & Rh wires. Most of the newer t'stats I've seen require a C wire & w/ a finished basement ceiling, that would be expensive to re-run the wiring.

I love my R1T. My sister named it Bumble Bee when she first saw a picture of it. I've had it for 18 months now and love it better than I did the day it was delivered.
