It's cute you're filled with hope. I'm filled with dread that party leadership will, again, present Ds as "republican-lite" in an attempt to appeal to voters who hate us rather than committing to fundamental change to appeal to voters who opt out because they've never seen voting make a difference.

Joe Scarborough is such a willfully blind idiot that he doesn't realize he's answered his own question. The cult is covering up because full disclosure will reveal yet another truly repulsive facet of their dear leader, notwithstanding what his cult members say they have(n't) seen in the files.

Guessing the study will show they were not all that smart, since they either could not see or could not process the essential nature of their cult leader that has been so obvious for so long.

I was a practicing lawyer before either of them was even born, but I suspect getting through law school is still as much (maybe more) about tenacity as about intelligence. And they're both apparently very good at saying what their clients want to hear, which is also popular with law profs.

And sometimes "eeny-meeny-miney-mo" produces an acceptable result, but that doesn't seem like a really good reason to risk the future of the world on it.

You didn't really think it was going to be fun, now did you? Seriously, from someone ousted from the top 10% academically to the bottom half of the class when I went to law school, it'll sting for awhile, but when you're a real-life lawyer, no one will ever ask about this semester or that essay.

Fun fact: There are roughly 1.5 million more voters in Texas registered as D than as R. The challenge is getting them to get out and vote despite the constant media message that Texas is a "red" state.

Probably because they couldn't find anyone other than the felon-in-chief to say nice things about the "honorees" and it would have been awkward to have them sit in the VIP box for a couple of hours just staring at an empty stage while the felon slept.

Do not politely ask for her name to be removed from documents. Demand that courts treat anything she signs as void ab initio and proceed as if those documents never existed.

She says Texas "is a Republican state" as if no Democrats live there. Does she think Ds in states where a majority votes R should have zero voice in their state or federal government? Does she feel the same way about Rs in states where a majority votes D?
