That still doesn’t let you write though right? I wish the User Agents with storage would let you access that more easily in some consistent way. Eg iCloud for iOS or Google Drive for Chrome

Is it better for performance to convert the JSON to JavaScript values or keep it as JSON in the bundle and parse on the client? I’ve seen differing opinions.
