I’m trying to get myself more confident in front of the camera so, here we are, a new video on my YouTube channel.

Be kind, I’m not very good at this sort of thing.

Did it work?

Did me pointing randomly and looking confused get you to look at my work?
May 28, 2025 at 1:56 PM
I had people thinking I’m a bot and know why? Because I draw, and create, things in multiple styles.

Anyway, here’s a glimpse of what I make, along with a picture of me seeing as I’m a real person.

Or, at least, I was the last time I looked.

Hi everyone.

Do you know the best part about being an artist and author?

Yes, the creating is a HUGE part but my favourite part is meeting, and chatting with, other creative people.

Sometimes a different point of view can really make your own art pop and come to life.

Whenever I share my work, I tend to get a lot of insulting trolls making the same, tired comments.

You know what though? I’m still creating, I’m still writing, I’m still drawing, and I don’t intend on stopping now.
May 9, 2025 at 9:39 PM
Just remember, there are people with feelings behind the videos, and posts, that you trolls feel the need to denigrate and insult.

Maybe, just maybe, grow up and open your eyes into accepting that people are different and all deserve the same rights and respect.

These pictures, taken by the wonderful folk at takeonmediauk , are from the last last friday lcb event I did in November.

Hopefully, I’ll be able to do some more of them this year. It was so much fun.

I've finally been able to add some new prints to my shop, and this one is inspired by the brave members of the LGBTQ+ community who, at the Stonewall riots, fought for their rights to be heard.

One of my new designs. Debating whether to put it in the shop or not. I like the simplicity of it, the message, and if you look closely, the 0’s and 1’s that make up the heart.

It’s inspired by the song The Code by Nemo, one that really spoke to me as a nonbinary person.

Naz is finally happy, and free, after the death of his mother.

There’s just one problem with that. The strange, magical creatures that want him to save the world.

Why does everyone seem so obsessed with the Jeepers Creepers movie recently? I’ve seen 9 different posts about it today alone.

Why are people forgetting that the director, Victor Salva, is a convicted child sex offender?

So, someone put me on a “If you loved Neil Gaiman then try these books” list because of my Mother, Dearest series.

Am I an asshole for feeling really uncomfortable to the point where I’m considering asking them to remove my name?

I know they mean well but it doesn’t sit well with me.

Ain’t nature gorgeous?
January 17, 2025 at 11:31 AM
Weirdly, book 3 of the Mother, Dearest trilogy, “Hell, as Seen from Heaven” has gotten that many reviews but that’s okay.

Hopefully it’ll find its audience, alongside the first two books.

I’m thinking of changing the covers/blurbs to give them a bit of a refresh.

What do you think?

A world of abuse and violence. Religion and degradation. Of travelling shows and the promise of your dreams coming true.

A world of murder.

Some of my favourite prints are my most personal.

This one is my attempt to show how jumbled my brain gets when in a depressive moment, with one eye looking towards only the dark moments, and the other looking to the beauty in my sadness.

To change my book covers and blurbs, or to not change them. Now that is the question.

I’ve always loved how my work looks out in the real world. The colours just pop so nicely.

Always lovely when you find your very queer urban fantasy series has been included in a “Queer Books to Read” list.

Can’t remember if I posted this or not, so here we are.

My son challenged me to draw Batman in ten minutes or less. It’s messy but I kinda like it. Definitely something I’ll be doing again.
