A recent study in JAMA involving 6,554 children aged 9-13 showed that higher social media usage was linked to a decline in cognitive performance. Students who spent more time on social media scored lower in oral, reading, memory, and vocabulary tests.

Yes. Relentless nightmare all day long. CPTSD means living in a psychological hellscape. Torment that takes a massive toll on your mood and your functioning ability. It's nice that you've had a productive day. I've survived war.
People with CPTSD don't get enough credit. Having CPTSD is living with anxiety/panic that's constantly at a 9 or 10. It's constantly feeling like the trauma happened 5 minutes ago or is still happening. It's torture. It's not just jumping at loud noises. It's constant.
