Decided to fire up MTGO for the first time in 22 years, so I could try premodern. Gotta say I know its slow and clunky but it feels more like real magic than arena. That being said no way am I spending a shit ton of money to buy NFTs of cards. Side note: Love the chess clock on it.

I know everyone cried about Vivi but man Badgermole Cub letting you have 10 mana by turn 3 is insane. Not to mention earthbending is just straight up way too good. Toph the First Metalbender is also like one of the most anoying cards since it can basically bring back infinite annoying artifacts.

It sucks being seemimgly the only person not excited for the Avatar set. I just never watched the show and don't care for the art. This marks 2 sets in a row where I won't be buying any packs. Same with half the sets next year.

Not gonna lie, in Bo1 standard, Sheltered by Ghost is the only card I hate.

Why are they previewing cards from The Last Airbender set, before Spiderman even came out and EoE just released. 6 sets is way to fucking many.

I got some extra money from selling old comics, decided to treat myself to a commander deck that actually has a good mana base.... Now I'm wondering if it was overkill or not to take to the LGS. I love deck crafting but I can never find a good balance for manabase between price and colir fixing.

I need advice from any comic collectors, how do I find them on here. A friend of my parents tasked me with going through and selling his old comics. Most were not valuable until I hit box number 2.

After playing a bit of EoE limited gotta say not a fan. I like the art and setting but spacecrafts and planets just feel way too slow even in limited. Warp is cool though. Overall from sets this year I'm going FF > Tarkir > Edges > Aetherdrift. Though I have no hope for the last two UB sets euther.

I usually just talk magic on here but holy shit I read this and it hurt my brain. You in fact cannot like Israel without supporting genocide and occupation of stolen land. Also yes America and Canada also suck but that genocide isn't currently happening, it already happened.

Look I'm not a UB hater, but these Spiderman cards... look FF, LoTR, 40k all fit within Magic imo, even Fallout isn't far off. Avatar isn't for me but at least it still fits. Spiderman doesn't at all, I know it will sell but I hope it flops. How is this a real card.

I know its been said to death but playing standard on MTG Arena is just not fun at all. Nearly every deck is Izzet Prowess or Mice (either mono or Boros) also the second most annoying card after Monstrous Rage is def Sheltered By Ghost exile plus ward, plus 1+1 and lifelink is too much.

Playing Final Fantasy Limited is the best magic I've played since I was a kid. I usually just play Brawl on Arena but draft and sealed have been so amazing.
