One of the state mental institutions was in my town. When it closed, the residents weren’t returned to their community of origin. Rather, they were all released here. No support system, no state funding to help pay for programs for 2-3,000 people.

Tom is absolutely correct on this one. Democrats must win the next presidential election, and can’t afford to take *any* chances with the candidates. I hate to say it, but I don’t see America voting for a woman in ‘28.
