Not doing a very good job juggling all the balls… but some of them are still in the air. My dad passed away after battling various cancers— some for 25 years, others for 13…. I’m so proud that he was MY dad…

This was easy AND yummy... perfectly great with a bit more chili powder, but you have to remember Mrs. Drummond cooks in Kansas or Oklahoma... Another healthy meal in my repertoire! #FoodOnBlueSky (is that a thing?)
