my building generates $4,000 of HOA fees a month i simply fucking do not buy that they cant afford to have someone take care of this. we are in the midwest, snow removal should be a known expense we budget for yearly, this should not be fucking happening

i went outside yesterday and our building manager (who has done JACK SHIT about the snow/ice for weeks) was just like. gently tossing small amounts of ice melt onto the sidewalk. BITCH ITS TOO LATE ITS LITERALLY 3 INCHES OF SOLID FUCKING ICE

i kind of dislike how the new terms are like weirdly not associated with sexual harassment too. like 'nice titties' unprovoked is obviously sexual harassment to most people but suddenly 'wish youd let me suck on those mommy milkers' is a funny joke and if you get offended its literally a joke
