I get in my head so much.

No matter how many charities I help out, volunteer work I do, donations I make, random acts of kindness ..

I feel like I can’t make up the burden of being another life that requires so much. I can’t “make up” being alive.

Nights where i remember it all.. I miss the person who would talk to me through it all. I know it’s terrible. & I don’t deserve someone who lied so much & was just mean to me.

But I do miss someone saying the loved me. And that it was safe to sleep. And knowing someone hopefully cared if I died.

Sorry for my medical rant.
I don’t talk about it much at all- I felt I had no place to speak for so long since I recovered so “well”.

Trauma is trauma.

I became terrified of sleeping- feeling my heart slow.

One of many things.

Medical trauma can run very very deep.

•I had a cerebral angiogram inserted into my femoral artery through my groin at one point.
• so much prednisone that when I finally slept I thought I was dying.
• injections in my spine.
• so so so many tests.

My plushies kept me going.

Don’t be fooled with lupus.
“Invisible” illness 4 a reason.

We joke in my family/ friend group how I’m just completing my later life goals early. Morbid. But I have a condition that can be so life threatening we all need some humor I think.

Not allowed to get up for ANYTHING. Not even to pee.
I couldn’t give myself water or ask- I was so so so thirsty.
I wanted it to end.
My body recovering then crashing.
“Why are u in icu” then..
My body quitting.
