That’s why I am mostly a cozy gamer. If a game makes me ‘angry’ with its difficulty, then I don’t want to play it. Why would I spend my free time feeling frustrated when I could be in a tranquil field picking dandelions to make tea for my weird neighbor’s side quest? 😆

For some reason, I never use other methods of travel, like horses or cars, unless it’s an important part of the game. And even then… reluctantly.

I enjoy being someone very different from myself in games. (We’ll let my therapist unpack the reason why.) I always try to be good and selfless in my real life… So sometimes it feels good to be bad in games. 😈 It’s easier to make convenient and logical choices, when it only affects a virtual world.

We should probably stop calling him President. Because he has done more than enough that he should have been removed and faced consequences. But nothing is being done. He has been a dictator from the start, pretending that our old laws apply at all and that he is a president of a “free” country.

Sometimes I think about in the movie, Monsters Inc. When the villain was shown saying he would kidnap a thousand children to keep his company alive, and that was his undoing. If that was here in America, he could have said it proudly on TV and it wouldn’t change a thing. He’d probably get support.

Not to mention paying for mental and physical doctors for help because the work strains your body or you catch illnesses at work because no one is allowed to call out properly. Then you’re told you’re overweight, probably from all the crap we have to eat while trying to rush to be everywhere at once

And imagine having kids to care for too? And they wonder why we aren’t starting as many families. And when you realize you pay for gas, coffee, work clothes, and on the go food; all so you can rush to work for the whole day and be underpaid It’s almost like you’re paying to go to work sometimes.
