Outside of most popular you tend to have to do keyword guesswork, where you hope people tagged their own creations properly and in English.

I think in general, both narrative and gameplay elements should allow the player to make informed decisions. Not necessarily the "x will y" kind but the ones where you would understand positive or negative implications through the context of why they exist. Systems which imply a connected world.
