Maybe the best way to put it is that her work is precise. Her character often have sharp expressions and sharp dialogue that hits harder than it ever would with 10x the detail. She's a fantastic mangaka. Only wish I was better able to express how great her work truly is.

The fact that she blends this together with excellent dialogue that is confident in the body language allows her work to really breathe in a way few others do. I love how understated the dialogue is. It feels natural and moody and romantic all at once.

Takemiya Jin is an amazing artist. I love how her art leverages the stylization to make character expressions and body language feel effortlessly 'real.' Her characters are incredibly expressive, but there's so much nuance in those expressions too.
