It’s somehow worse. Most people around me IRL are oblivious to the state of AI tech, and would not even pause to consider that this, or even a basic composite, could be fake. Yet they all want their appearances altered when I take their portrait—or even a video!

Thrilling moment just now. School kids were on a field trip touring our studio, and I got to show off my art collection. One of the mothers said she became a huge Star Wars fan about a year ago and has since watched everything she can find. And her very first ever intro to Star Wars? Skeleton Crew!🥳
