...but now I'm finally taking the chance to tidy things up and embrace Godot's scene / node structure. I don't love this 'heavy' components are data and logic approach, I'd much prefer a pure ECS style but that feels counterproductive and not what Godot wants me to do.

Got Grunts and Brains making an appearance too. No idea what to do with it though
