The more presentations I see the more I think less is more on slides. Ok you have 4 points, do one per slide. Even if it’s just one word.

Listening to a talk which is confusing me. It talks about embracing genetic AI as it’s here to stay but to be ready for when it goes rogue. Argh

I like the idea of trying revers Conway law to help with desired transformations. We ten instant using org charts and that’s not very helpful if you know of Conway’s law

One of my main issues with AI sales pitches is that it always talks about removing human collaboration. We have such low feelings of connection nowadays this will just make it worse

What do you do with the information from employee surveys? What do you share that you have changed based on feedback? If you don’t show you are listening and acting you will lose trust from employees

Small tip for tech sustainability most might be able to do:
Use dark mode. It takes a bit less power.
Every little can make a difference despite it feeling a bit underwhelming in light of the cost of AI :/

I can’t work out if I’m scared of change. I’m not scared of AI replacing my job but I struggled to really engage with it for my job. I like solving a problem and I’m not sure what problem to solve with it? 🥲😆

My faith in humanity is so low. My parents were scammed out of a lot of money a few years back. Now my mum is getting scammed again, online people are being scammed for ozempic jabs. 😩😔

Hiring manages, please please post a salary range on job ads. It’s been so demoralising to apply, writing cover letters and updating CVs to be turned down due to salary expectations. Just supply a range. If you can’t then start paying people equally and then supply a range. Saves everyone time.

Actually found some enjoyment and purpose today. It’s been a while. Facilitated a risk analysis session, did some high level coaching. Some hands on testing. And now want to sleep. 😅😂
