I know, it was a goal of his for a long time. Very rough recovery unfortunately.

We were able to get the majority of his top surgery, and his hysterectomy, covered by state Medicaid insurance (which was the only way we were able to afford it).

He has had a double mastectomy and hysterectomy (which were both hard on his body, but he's doing great now), so he no longer has his cycle. He does have Bladder Pain Syndrome and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction tho (not due to his surgery).

My partner has been doing T injections for 8 years! 😁

I help him do 0.25 ml subcutaneous injections every 2 weeks (which is in the belly and with a shorter needle than intramuscular).
[subcutaneous is supposed to normally be done every week]
