I feel like SkyNet figured out that a direct attack on humans was to obvious, so it changed the timeline to this one, where it slowly makes us humans obsolete and destroys our very nature via subversion.
So, in honor of this concept I will refer to AI as Terminators and AI companies as Skynet. 😝
