This book always pops in my head when people mention quiche. My mother made quiche a lot back in the 80s, which is probably why my father bought it for her. Sometimes I really miss those days, lol

Wow, great shot! I’ve been to that exact spot many times, but my photos never come out like this. EI is the best. I take my family there just about every year.
