Clair Obscur was much more immediately gripping for me. I like Metaphor a great deal but it really "persona with new flavor" and CO is something very fresh.

That handles projects ad hoc so they are always in a state of complete chaos. And also they almost immediately laid off a huge chunk of the department. So literally one hundred percent of the "experiment" was invalidated immediately

We had scrum masters when I first started here and it was GREAT and then it turned out that it was only as part of a year-ish long effort to document each team's working capacity "so we can make accurate work plans for the entire year". Then they pulled them out into a separate team...

"I wish we'd do more than just the [meetings] component of this!"
