Shattered by news of #ConorGearty’s passing.
I was his deputy at #LSE #IPA where principled risk taking proved productive & fun. He became a dear friend.
Conor offered opportunities; it was great to reciprocate: we launched a report at the #UN (his 1st visit to #UNGA room)
I will miss him deeply 💔

The newest round of US actions against the #intnlcrimcourt are in place.

The #ICC is obliged to act without fear or favour & these actions may complicate its work. But it has many people in, & supporting, it who will uphold its mission and role in the pursuit of global justice.
