Am actually really enjoying going to the gym this time around
Every other membership I’ve had PT & it’s felt like a drag
The gym makes it easy to track & do your program and at the end tells you how much you’ve lifted & moved in the session. 301kg & only two months back into it after a decade 💁♀️
