After 8 months, an immigration lawyer, and a lot of money we were able to get him out of the ICE facility in Jersey.
I wish people who say they want to help understood what it took to do so.

As a former teacher that was fired for helping parents legally opt their children out of these tests, I approve this message!
The fun part is they pass on legal liability for these tests on teachers when they sign off to administer them (which I didn’t because I read contracts).
