That works. I use this config because all my files are TypeScript and a build step is required. But in dev its so nice to just never ever start the `compile:watch` script.
But if ur just using .js files, then maybe not needed

It's legit definitely, but you can go a step a further and have no-build for local, and a nicely built library on prepublish. Check this bit: github.com/PuruVJ/neodr...
