I thought the Nature Powers could only pick up on Mana’s scent because they were Nature Powers, but it makes sense that a beagle could smell an almost complete lack of physicality

I think Tella tried to at one point but couldn’t at that moment (and forgot after every subsequent opportunity.) Sure, he could be saying ‘Actually, I am a Kiborn’, but something about this panel has always read to me ‘Actually, you aren’t the last one.’

There were others but idk if I remember all of them. Death’s Door, Fall, Heretic, and Merc were all Fools Week stuff (DD, Merc, and Fall were all 2015). There were a few others from 2015, Somewhat Shifty, Epoch, and Next Quest

Oh yah here’s how the cake looked on the inside. Everyone was quite pleased with the cake but after eating it, I already have ideas for how I’d do it better next time… more pudding filling…

It’s a two tier lemon cake with vanilla frosting and lemon pudding filling. My brother normally never asks for anything and has never cared for his birthday before but this year he asked that we make it a good one, so I’m doing my part and preventing my mother from baking a cake

Honestly surprised I never thought much about Pinion threatening Talon with Phoenix Magic as odd. I guess this was very long before we learned about the elemental immunity. Wonder what Pinion had up his (very long) sleeve for this scene
