Lukewarm take, Dark Souls 2 is a bad game.

I feel like Downfall came way to late to effect the story in a meaningful way. A good chunk of the characters dont seem to care one way or another how thing end up with only orym really on the side of saving the gods, and his arguments for them hypocritical presumptive garbage.

Campaign 3 of critical role has a very oxymoronic underlying message. Where we're told over and over that gods are worth saving, but every god we have met at this point has shown otherwise. I feel like the characters' actions are at odds with what's happening, and it's all just uhhh.
