Conservatives have substituted "DEI" for their old trope: "affirmative action," as their polite way of saying only white men are qualified to do anything significant. Slightly more sophisticated sounding, television-friendly, guttersnipe racism is still racism.
DEI is the bogeyman for those who believe that if I’m gaining, they must be losing.
The idea that everything would be fine if only white men ran the world is a weak argument—clung to by insecure men who can’t handle reality.
DEI ensures women & BIPOC are looked at fairly IN ADDITION to white men.
