Oh that I agree with 100%. There’s something fishy about why they’re not putting her forward. The debt thing seems silly to me. Either there’s a personal grievance there or they don’t think they can get the votes for her for some shitty reason.

She makes really good money as is. You can search federal employee pay data online. In her last position she made $176k, and the former NCD made $186k, so she prob makes somewhere in between those numbers as acting NCD.

I get it for security clearance reasons because money is a major factor in espionage. But she’s cleared, likely TS/SCI and god knows what compartments. If it’s good enough for her to be cleared it should be good enough for this job.

People don’t realize just how far south many parts of the US are. I realize climate is more than just a function of latitude, but we are much closer to the equator than Europe.
I’m legit considering leaving Florida just because of how miserable it’s become June-Oct. Throw in our shit show of a governor and likely more hurricanes I’m having a hard time finding reasons to stay.

I was born in Mississippi and now live in Florida… AC has been almost a necessity for most of my life. My mom grew up in the 50s and we were talking about how much hotter it’s gotten since she was a kid… it was a luxury then, not anymore.
