I finally finished The Selfish Gene by Richard Dawkins. Some parts were tough, and I had to reread them several times, so it took a while. But once I got it, a really fascinating world opened up to me.

I wrapped up my dentist visit today. The issue I’d been worried about for a long time—sensitivity and pain in my upper left tooth—turned out to be caused by sinusitis, which was surprisingly resolved by the ENT doctor.

I got some meds from the doctor this morning to bring down my blood pressure. He was like 'if you don't take a medicine I prescrive, you could die'. 'kinda scarry.'
So now, I have to take blood pressure medicine every morning after breakfast.

The Notion App sometimes motives me to creat more efficient and complex interconnected systems, but once you dive into system-building, you end up spending too much time on it and actually lose productivity. It's a paradox.
