I think that the widely shared video of the killing of Floyd sparked a response after several other killings that were less well publicized had already made the public somewhat aware. And, based upon Minnesota's response to ICE, perhaps it had something to do with where it happened.

It is undeniable that the murders of Nicole Good and Alex Pretti received more attention because they were White. Same was true with the White Freedom Riders who were killed. Is that fair? Of course not. But they were on the streets taking a stand for POC. Far more impressive than shame posting.

Oh...OK.... My post acknowledges the racist structure of America but notes that the visibility of an event makes a difference but you are going to virtue signal me. BTW - the killing of George Floyd got much more notice than the killings of other Black men - can you explain that?

Yes, it is undeniable that America is a racist country but the most recent murders were captured by multiple phones in broad daylight. I would suggest that Awareness plays into the funding differences.

While the mainstream media is lacking, there definitely was news coverage prior to the murder of two White people.

Why? Seriously. She has done nothing to turn the Greens into a viable Party over multiple years. The fact that she is the expected nominee reinforces that US Greens are content to keep repeating their pathetic display every four years.

HRC fans still are blame Sanders rather than her inept & arrogant campaign even though Hillary supporters refused to support Obama at a much higher level than Bernie backers who didn't vote for her.
