a system chat/discord server can be helpful for communication honestly. Text is easier, for whatever reason.

if you don't have separate devices, prefixes are smoother than switching accounts for keeping the history of who said what clear.

i know a couple who still live together (often including sharing a bed), have been in divorce proceedings for 5 years and both have partners that come over sometimes. might qualify
