For my #Mets coffee friends, I had to take a minute to show you what I picked up yesterday for my wife. I wish these flavors came in decaf, but she's promised me a sip of each one so I could enjoy some perfectly bizarre flavors.

Three lefties at top of order is unusual, but I didn't focus on lefty- righty. To break up lefties, could swap DH and Baty in order. NO MORE Ninmo in clean-up spot.

I'm hoping that a new infield coach will help him, Vientos & Mauricio ... or at least any of those still on the roster. If Pete is smart (I'll leave that to the experts) he's already working on it, especially his throwing. His work around the bag is fine. His range and his throwing need help.

I'm very lucky. I can go nice & easy because our guy absolutely gets me AND has a sense of humor. There's no better combination in a doctor!

My instructions are always negotiated. He knows that I know my stuff. It's great having that kind of relationship with a doctor. I know it's rare and I'm very grateful for it.

I'll have to work on how I do it. I work incrementally so it won't be one-day compliance. It will take a little while to get from essentially 3300 ml. to the 2400 we settled on. He actually wanted 2 liters, but we agreed to 2400. I already have a few ideas on how I'll get it done.

Thanks. I was pleased. Have to increase one med, restrict fluids and do a few other things, but all in all, I'm happy. Also, wife & I both got our flu and COVID shots. All good.

I know you'll laugh at this, but remember my background as a competitive athlete until last year. He originally wants me down to 72 oz. My normal is about 110 oz.

Good afternoon #MetsSky. Started the day with doctor so it's late posting. Good visit. Have few things to do & will be on fluid restrictions for a while. Saw interesting take on Alonzo on @lockedonmets this morning. Switching from "Whatever happens happens" to "Let's sign him!" Enjoy the day! #LGM

I'd like to hang in with him for one more year with a new hitting coach. He showed good power in 2024 and is a potential DH, power bat off the bench and while not a good defender right now, can play first & third. One more year.

I'd love to see this happen. Fonzie believes in patience at the plate and working the count. I've been calling for him to be our hitting coach. But I don't know Joe Pantorno so I honestly don't know if he's a credible source. Hopefully someone can enlighten me! #MetsSky #LGM

Injury prone and very particular training, recovery and pitching requirements, i.e. the need for the six-man rotation. Is it possible that the front office is just warn out trying to meet these specific requirements?

Hell, Chris should get a whole garden for his creation. Using Bluesky is so much easier for me, living on the feed. I read everything from the feed, and very limited content off the feed.

When I left NY in 2012, without Jets games here in Delaware TV, I sort of fell away from football. I was a casual fan. For me, it's always been baseball.
