Physicists do know that Feynman diagrams clearly show how frequencies interact and resonate, right? Because it sure doesn't seem that way from this caption...

There's something to be said for simple #ASCII diagrams. #quantum #physics

Trying to understand prime numbers with integers is like trying to study a photo taken through one of these filters: you'll see an image, but not as clearly as it could be. #math

I find these maps, "The World according to Herodotus," look suspiciously like our currently conceptualization of the known universe. Whether you also find them a humbling record of our present ignorance is up to you. www.myoldmaps.com/maps-from-an...

What is base-10 good for? Not much, the #universe cares not for our integer #math, but they are more useful than Roman numerals for file versioning.

If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough yourself. #quantum #physics #science

All forces and particles emerge from the same underlying computational process on the circle. Particle masses derive from the fundamental relationship m_n=m_0×∣n∣×(1+α/n^2+β/n^4 +⋯), where the integer winding number n serves as the base mass quantum and interaction corrections form a series.

#Language is great but I just want to know how to preheat the oven. Pictographs are good too.

I'm not a geneticist, but offhand I can't think of a good reason why my left and right temples should both gray in about the same way simultaneously. What does that say about chirality? #genetics #biology #nature

Why is #language still a barrier to #communication? Understanding this paper in my native English from Japanese should be a trivial task, but since it's long and in a PDF, not so much. I'm using helpful #GoogleScholar #PDF Reader in #Chrome.

This is #reality: it's a screen that may appear opaque, obscuring our view beyond. But it is just that, one perspective of an infinite recursion.

Very clever #Google. I am in Lauterbrunnen and it is a stunning beauty. It is the first time I've been here since 2009 and perhaps it has gotten even more beautiful since.

@Google #Gemini surely wins the Worst Bullshit award for consistently overpromising and underdelivering. It's OK to make mistakes, it's NOT OK to have some kind of "fake it till you make it" intermediate system prompt that needlessly reassures users about a future state it can't deliver.

@Google Why the hell not? I can clearly see how my research stored in Google Drive influences my YouTube recommendations and ads you serve me, so who's supposed to be getting what out of this sometimes Faustian-seeming bargain with #Gemini?
July 30, 2025 at 3:24 PM
By explicitly ditching #TypeScript and external bloatware frameworks like #React/#Tailwind #CSS my @Google #Gemini #AI Studio-coded app went from ~100 files and no longer loading to just 2: index.html and index.js. Others are system created/updated documentation. #OldSchool #js #JavaScript

Hey @Google, why am I paying for #Gemini? Your consumer app sucks (same model)!
