My understanding is they stopped teaching phonics, the art of sounding out words. They have also stopped teaching cursive, maybe it is assumed that with computers there is no need to understand hand writing however this also means they can't read written items from the past like grandma's recipes.

Putin has used Ukraine as a distraction for how poorly the country was doing. If his plan had been successful it would have solved many of his problems. Fortunately his invasion just made it worse for his country. Russia is no longer the world's gas station, even Russians can't get gas there!

They are preparing to invade us, just like Putin did to Ukraine. First you brainwash your citizens then you get them to fight to save the lie. It is all a distraction!

I'm going to check it out as I'm wanting an alternative to FB groups. I get the most value from the groups but am tired of all the negative bots on that platform. Do you think Gander will ever launch?

I can't think of a single reason to risk going to a fascist state? Why support a country that wants to annex you? The US has become a cess pool of hate, disinformation and terrorism. Do yourself a favour and find a safer place to visit.
