Bluesky is nothing more than Twitter 2.0 and it’s architecture prevents it to be anything open, inclusive or safe.

Even with the starterpack the infosec community seems quite dead. I had better luck on Mastodon. A good bunch are on @ infosec.exchange or get retweeted there if they are in other instances.
