Because so-called "intersex" people are still male or female. They do nothing for your argument - but try to confuse people into accepting males into female spaces. That is all you want to achieve.

You fundamentally misunderstand. Women do not have some intrinsic right to a protected space per se. A protected space is their right as as it leads to being given dignity and safety, equal opportunity (say) in sport. Without such protections women are denied universal rights.

Same with sex. Unless we recognise sex in law we might have unequal outcomes as the sex experience society very differently. Mostly around male violence etc.
