So no then.

Can you name anyone who is not male or female?
December 30, 2025 at 10:40 PM
Because so-called "intersex" people are still male or female. They do nothing for your argument - but try to confuse people into accepting males into female spaces. That is all you want to achieve.
December 30, 2025 at 4:21 PM
So here is why you will not answer.

You want male and female changing rooms and sports.

But you want society to be unable to stop males including themselves in female spaces and sports if they so wish.

Your ideology is dishonest and abhorrent.
December 30, 2025 at 3:13 PM
I have asked you to put forward a positive alternative many times now so that I know what you believe. But you refuse to.

I think I know why.

One last chance?
December 30, 2025 at 3:05 PM
Yet still no positive alternative proposal from you.

So far your beliefs have destroyed female participation is sport and removed dafe places to change away from males.

Serious stuff.

But no alternative proposal from you.

You are hollow.
December 30, 2025 at 3:02 PM
Males and females exist. We have rights laws based in these categories. You think that denies human rights or something. You rent e male and female sports and charging rooms. You give no coherent reason why. You offer no policy alternative.

You are full of nonsense.
December 30, 2025 at 2:54 PM
You still have not given a positive proposal.

Remember, your position is denying female categories in sport to female people. Or male-free changing rooms for females.

Yet you make no positive alternative.

I am thinking you may be being dishonest.

You defect with “intersex”

Can you propose a positive policy you work have. What would you have instead I’d make and female changing rooms and sports?

You have been clear my daughter should have no male-free sports and shower rooms. What do you propose instead?
December 30, 2025 at 2:26 PM
Almost all sports are divided in male and female categories.

You are being disingenuous to avoid answering a question.

Do you think male and female toilets, changing spaces should be illegal? What about male and female sports?

What positive policy would you have? (I bet you will never answer).
December 30, 2025 at 2:15 PM
Well that is an obvious nonsense. We see male and female toilets everywhere. We see sports for males and females at all levels.

Are these things against human rights in your view?

What do you propose instead for changing rooms and sports? Take a positive position on policy.
December 30, 2025 at 2:01 PM
On what legal basis in rights can my daughter have a female only changing space then?

On what legal basis in rights can my daughter have a female only sports competition then?

Surely under your scheme both would be classed as discrimination against males?
December 30, 2025 at 1:56 PM
SO no more elite sports for women?

No safety for my teenage daughter away from males when changing etc?

Is this the hill you will die on?
December 30, 2025 at 1:52 PM
SO can you be completely clear...

You tink there should be no sex-based rights?

For example:
1) No female category is sports.
2) My teenage daughter cannot change and shower at school away from males?

Yes or no?
December 30, 2025 at 1:42 PM
You are saying there should be no rights based on your sex.

Is that correct?
December 30, 2025 at 1:27 PM
Indeed. Race and sex have different properties and so are treated as distinct protected characteristics with their own frameworks.
December 30, 2025 at 1:22 PM
Scenario: do you believe women should have equal rights to sports participation, and (for example) be able to compete at elite level - like the Olympics - and receive the recognition for their excellence?
December 30, 2025 at 1:21 PM
We;; I am not a fish geneticist, but there will be a trigger that starts the development process. It will be one-way and irreversible.
December 30, 2025 at 1:17 PM
Indeed - as a means of them having access to the equal rights to dignity, safety, opportunity.

You are arguing against well established human rights frameworks to protect women and girls.

Is that your aim?
December 30, 2025 at 1:13 PM
You fundamentally misunderstand. Women do not have some intrinsic right to a protected space per se. A protected space is their right as as it leads to being given dignity and safety, equal opportunity (say) in sport. Without such protections women are denied universal rights.
December 30, 2025 at 1:07 PM
You accept race is recognised in rights as a basis for discrimination because otherwise we might have unequal outcomes?

I presume yes.

Same with sex. Unless we recognise sex in law we might have unequal outcomes as the sex experience society very differently. Mostly around male violence etc.
December 30, 2025 at 1:03 PM
Does that apply to race to? Should people not have rights based on their race? Should employers be able to have discriminatory hiring practices based on race?
December 30, 2025 at 12:41 PM
For instance, protections for women's single-sex spaces align with UDHR's goals of dignity, security etc for women. Without female-only spaces, sports etc women are at a disadvantage to males in society and may suffer unequal treatment, opportunities.

You do not know what you are talking about.
December 30, 2025 at 12:39 PM
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights gives the foundation for sex-based rights. It recognises sex as a immutable category warranting protection.

Sex-based rights are a consequence that ensure biological differences do not lead to unequal treatment.
