- Dishonored (2012, a favorite within the stealth game niche)
- No Man's Sky (2016, had a bad launch but improved over time. Better than Starfield imo, but that's off-topic)
There's definitely other games out there, but these are just some examples I had installed and wanted to screenshot.

I can list some games I know of that have a good style imo:
- Dungeons and Dragons Online (2006, an MMO that was a big part of my childhood)
- Oblivion (2006, I like the environments, even with the potato-looking NPCs)
- Mirror's Edge (2008, I call it a 1st-person 3D platformer but that's just me)
