Feel like you'd be more interested in libidex's inflatable null bulge, aka the "cock crusher shorts", then. I found them *quite* helpful in distributing the pressure when wearing a cage.

I'm not sure how you'd go about combining them with padding, though.

I'd like to see one of these done with diminishing returns, though. i.e. likes/reposts/replies don't give days/hours directly, but instead give points, and the logarithm or square root of the number of points determines the length of time. Might make things more controllable w/o a hard cap?

Granted, there's probably something to be said for an initial burst of interactions with a long tail, so you might be quite a bit closer than my comment would imply.
