The lesson for the day is forgiving. It works both ways! If you don't forgive and always blame then you aren't owning your part and aren't learning. Learning = growth! Battles with cptsd

As a vet with cptsd, Ive really had to detach from the politics. It put me in fight mode and was simply exhausting to my mental health and education. I hope and have faith people will still take the reigns and our democracy will survive. When that happens the pendulum is going to swing back hard!

Trauma conditions us to understand the world as a battlefield-- then our culture shames us for being so "combative" & "defensive" in our everyday life.
You need to know your worldview makes sense & didn't manifest out of nowhere. You're not inexplicably "hostile."

Complex PTSD is going to make certain things feel like "choices" that aren't-- that are actually reflexes stemming from trauma wounds-- and make you believe that you have no choices over other things.
Remember that CPTSD gaslights, convincingly-- just like your abusers.

When you see things from a higher perspective, you'll notice that there are trends for humanity. Humanity is in a period of deciding what it will become. Look to history for the outcome. Those seeking to limitlessly control others will destroy themselves. The question is will society speed that up?

Owning CPTSD, is learning to set boundaries, enforce those boundaries, apologizing when appropriate, and continuing to grow as a person.

A person angry with Ai recently asked if I needed the robot to copulate with my wife. Calling Ai a robot is like calling a book a librarian. Secondly ssking that is like seeing a blender and worrying it’ll steal your girlfriend.
