This hasn't happened to me with his myth, but it happened in some of the main story. My solution was to lower the graphics all the way both in game and on my device. I hope that helps!

Solar memories are the cards with a sun in their corner, they take the first two slots when you battle. The myths come in pairs for buffs in battle and unlocks special myth companions!

I pressed the "Go" button and it took me to his text messages. I sent him a Mephisto emoji and that counted!
