My dumb ass even went to work today because there’s only two of us in the office and I had to leave to go to the doctors and I can’t go back so on top of not feeling well. I feel guilty as hell. I’m not sure I’ll be able to even go tomorrow, and that makes me feel worse.

Raised high blood pressure and heart rate, which is usually normal. Doctor said I have to call her back in 24 hours if nothing is better and she might just send me to the hospital. Right now my pain level is going between a seven and eight and I’ve been crying all morning.
