A screenshot of two tweets that read 1) So amazon is quietly making a change (starting 2/26) that means that you'll no longer be able to download your Kindle purchases to your PC for backup, switching devices, etc. Genuinely fuck amazon. I'm downloading all my shit and moving to Kobo. 2) Like it's always been fuck amazon but it's hard to move out of their ecosystem. And now they're going to make it impossible, without losing all of your purchases. Sp o guess this is a heads up to anyone else with a kindle...
